This makes me smile a little. I had a coworker that started doing this. And then never showed up for work again. He was using condos and apartments in Seattle and had 30+ last time I looked at his website. He started with an Official Skull Nurse Leopard Coronavirus Shirt. That he obtained while unemployed and started subletting for extra $$ when he moved in with his Girlfriend. A total piece of shit and I looked into reporting him when I found out. He lost it and was facing potential charges last I heard. I wonder how he’s doing now? I just checked and his website is still up… People that are gaming the system like this are likely gaming the system in other ways, like not operating as a business and hence forgoing the appropriate licensing, fees, taxation, zoning, etc.

This was actually about 4-5 years ago. I hesitated to report it initially because I didn’t really have any proof. He had told us all about it in the office.
