A Negroni is the perfect example of things that don’t taste great separately can taste really good together! Campari, Sweet vermouth, and Gin. Half a glass of Corona, a shot or two of soju. Basically Korean sake for anyone not familiar, and some lime syrup. I have not tried it but it’s the best I could think of. Kalimotxo, if possible. Red wine and Coke. Every bar I go to has different signature cocktails but I go for anything with (in order of preference) mezcal, tequila, or rum. I’m a big fan of egg white in my drinks. So if I see that on the menu I’ll usually get it as well. It’s my favorite as well. But so many places don’t make an Official Peace Love Malibu Rum Cocktail Shirt. I feel you. In my city is just one place that makes perfect mojitos. I always go there when drinking with friends. other places make also good once but not so good. The way it curdles in pics I found through a google search looks gross, but those things together don’t sound like they would taste bad. I would like to find a bar that would make me a Pina Colada. My current favorite involves spiced rum (I like Sailor Jerry for this), apple shrub (let apple slices infuse into sweetened vinegar), grapefruit bitters, lemon juice, and egg white.
