This dude has probably been burned by some tenants before. Amazing Spider Man Ugly Christmas Shirt is a pain in the ass to get rid of squatters in California. These girls could become a real problem. He explicitly laid out the ground rules to his son that no one can move in. Not only did the son breach that rule but he did it with two people and lied about it. The son has some major entitlement issues like he thinks it’s no big deal how OP is literally paying for his entire life like it’s just a normal thing. He says above that he saw the utilities skyrocket. This is what happens when freeloaders who don’t work or go to school are home all day. OP is now supporting them as well.

There’s a legal and financial risk when you rent out places in CA. Amazing Spider Man Ugly Christmas Shirt such thing as squatter’s rights, where if you’ve lived in a place for, I believe, over 31 days, you’re entitled to certain rights as a tenant. I come from a long line of loudmouths, none of them even question it anymore. It’s basically my birthright. I was quiet and passive as a child and they thought there was something wrong with me because my obnoxiousness didn’t develop until my 20s. It sounds like he’s more concern about having tenants. If those girls get tenant rights it would be such a headache.

Exactly, it is crazy the crap squatters can pull, Amazing Spider Man Ugly Christmas Shirt it or not, as crazy as it is, and as bullshit as it sounds, some cities, have squatters rights, which amounts to the city handing a person that had no right to, but chose to just move onto a property with no permission whatsoever settle in without the owners knowledge rights to live and claim residency of said property, I have seen cases where it took years the owner to get the freeloaders out. There was one case almost like this only it was one of her homes, she went away, came back to find her son or daughter had allowed their SO’s entire family move in, they commenced to move her stuff out into the yard and even threw some belongings out, in short, they basically took over the house.
