Use blocks (or a tall sturdy book) and the wall to help you! Stand next to the wall with the outside of your front foot close to the wall. Place one block on the highest height on the Yoga Sloth Namast’ay 6 Feet Away Vintage Shirt. Inhale and grow really long through your spine (flat back). Exhale and revolve your middle and upper ribs. I’m built like a giraffe, so extra long skinny limbs and a short torso. I honestly look like some sort of twisted drunk giraffe, with a dodgy short neck. I don’t think my body is supposed to do this shape. Took me a year to just about get to the stage I’m not falling over after a Yoga Sloth Namast’ay 6 Feet Away Vintage Shirt. Oh well. in the big scheme of revolved hell, I guess it’s still “better” than revolved half-moon, which will just never happen… That’s the issue… ashtanga here too. So not for lack of trying. Every single day I’m reminded how utterly rubbish I’m at with it. So when I take a “day off” and treat myself with a bit of Tim flow, I don’t want to see that pose.
