As a natural-born lucid dreamer as well, I always sort of thought that I didn’t have to keep a dream journal, but after reading this article I’ll definitely have to look into this. I can mention however that recording dreams also has the Top You May Not Never Forget Alzheimer Awareness Shirt. I never had a problem forgetting dreams and lucid dreaming came naturally so I never thought it was necessary to keep a journal but recently I decided to keep one mainly because I found it fun. Just giving my favorite dreams names and writing about them helped me feel more attached to it. i.e. As someone who has posters and figures, I eventually felt ‘I should keep a memento for dreams I enjoyed’ So I made a journal.

I think keeping the journal has helped me because writing about it helps gives me a little insight as to why it affected me so much and really dissect it. I’m hoping I can have dreams like that more often. Reports of “continuing” a Top You May Not Never Forget Alzheimer Awareness Shirt. But also by dreamers outside of it. Comparable to pausing a movie. Imagine waking up for a few seconds but choosing to continue sleeping and successfully doing so. Some people, including myself, have experienced continuing a dream exactly where we had left it. It’s like that but on a higher frequency. Keeping a dream diary can help you remember a dream more vividly and return to it more easily, and anytime in the future, it still is possible.

I’ve had one documented event where I continued a dream. It wasn’t like how you described where you begin a few moments after the previous dream ended. In my case part, 2 takes place a couple of years after the events of part 1 and part 3 takes place a couple of months after. At the end of part 3 at nearly 5 years had passed. It may not be a continued dream like you described but it was the same story. I was the same person, the same characters and the story continued. It was such an interesting Top You May Not Never Forget Alzheimer Awareness Shirt. And now I’m really eager to try and trigger a part 4. Really trying to figure out how it works and what I should be focusing on when meditating. Written a small essay about the story in the Journal.
