I think when Swagger won it from Jericho was when it kinda shit the bed. Then it went back to Rey and then Kane and Edge had decent reigns. Ziggler getting it for 15 minutes made it feel like a mid-card belt again, but then Christian and Randy made it feel important until the brands pretty much rejoined in late 2011.
