Honestly, a good amount of decisions I’ve seen in the news Gorsuch has been crossing the aisle. Realistically he seems like the ideal kind of justice if our country was running as it should. It feels like justice is taking liberties with the law in a way that hurts people. I agree with you with one exception. Gorsuch tends to vote for the law as written as opposed to the law as intended. He even acknowledges in this opinion that the law as written may have had unintended consequences. Not only does the Gorsuch side with protecting LGBT workers, but he writes the opinion? Consider me surprised. Big statement right there.
