While I don’t think it is a riot I do think we’ve lost sight of what gay pride about. And I do think we should represent and lift everyone’s voices up. But that means talking about your struggles as a black gay. Or another person’s struggles as a while gay instead of trying to compete against one another. A case in point is “defund the police” you can talk to two people and one will say yes. I mean defund the police and another will say oh no it actually means X.
