The best moon for Halloween shenanigans is a new moon. But the little ones will have a safe, well-lit night of trick or treating. Even if they will all be in medical-based costumes to incorporate the masks. Growing up I hated Halloween. Every single year on Halloween, it would rain. It was not until I was too old to trick or treat that it did not rain. I am still a little bitter.
