I would most definitely report it, however, do not expect it to go very far. Official Top Jedi Nike Do Or Do Not Star Wars Shirt saying I agree. An outsider can sound like she is just jealous of her cousin. Used an accident to make a frivolous claim. Since your niece will most likely deny it, it will likely be considered just hearsay. It doesn’t need to be a conviction on her record to hurt her chances, having charges filed alone can be an issue for her precious hopes and dreams. The police aren’t gonna do anything. They’ll see this as a family drama and tell you to deal with it. I would just tell Lara to stay away from Rachel as much as possible.

I’m genuinely appalled that the Official Top Jedi Nike Do Or Do Not Star Wars Shirt here seems to be that Rachel is a monster and should go to jail. Stepping on someone’s hand is a completely normal accident that happens all the time. I can’t imagine believing that the police are going to charge a teenage girl with assault for stepping on her cousin’s hand. It doesn’t sound at all unreasonable to me that someone could accidentally step on another person’s hand who is crawling on the floor.
Official Top Jedi Nike Do Or Do Not Star Wars Sweatshirt, Hoodie
I’m sympathetic to you the other commenters here have some very rosy opinions. The Official Top Jedi Nike Do Or Do Not Star Wars Shirt would handle this situation that frankly isn’t very realistic. I don’t know that a better option exists. Going to the police in a nonemergency situation 90% backfires on the victim. A beautiful and smart kid’s mom is jealous that her sister’s kid is good at something that her kid can’t do. Now the sisters are fighting a proxy war through their children. Any little thing, even if it is an accident, is a criminal offense.
