This is attached to the Event dye. When activated, the Official Flamingos Valentine Balloon 2020 Shirt will dance. Charge up your crab by collecting 20 event currency from the event fish. Then click the gold timer icon above its head, and it will auto-generate coins for 60 sec. You can use the crab 10 times per day for free. You can recharge it, earning 5 additional casts, at a cost of 100 pearls. The crab resets daily at 4:00 AM with the daily mission. Tap on the crab in between dances and he will dig up a treasure for you! Tap on the treasure chest bubble above his head to get your reward. This includes gems, event currency, and pearls! Your ad reward scales with your hermit crab level; once you are at level 10, you will get 1000 event currency per ad watch!

It does not appear that any of Valentine’s 2018 fish or items were made available in this update. All of the Official Flamingos Valentine Balloon 2020 Shirt were attached to the Valentine’s Day Reef. Since the Reef feature did not return, neither did the expand items or fish. Unfortunately, that means that if you did not get them last year, you may not have any way to get these items. The only exception is the Pygmy Right Whales, which are available in the Orange Clownfish tab. The Christmas Event tank is still open and free to play through 01/31/19. After that date, it will likely lock with a “Season Pass” feature, just like the Halloween Tank, although this has not been confirmed.

Do you have to watch the tank in order to unlock the Couple Lobster? I created a Candy Nautilus and then exited the app for ~30min and nothing unlocked when I came back to the app. Is anyone else having the problem where the Official Flamingos Valentine Balloon 2020 Shirt keeps trying to load newer save data from the cloud after just saving and loading? I have no idea why this is happening but it happens every time I load the saltwater tank. I know I can just back out of the popup. But it’s getting quite annoying. And when I “confirm”, the game restarts. And the same thing keeps popping up again. I can’t even back out of the pop up so I can’t get to the game to even play it. I hope the devs can patch up this glitch.
