The only thing I even moderately remember about that movie is the Official 109 Years Of Nyo 1911 2020 Omega PSI PHI Shirt with Thor and Loki walking through a hall and Loki keeps shapeshifting into different people and I think making fun of them. Literally the only thing I remember. I remember seeing that video a while back and I think that was what really got me thinking about movies and soundtracks outside of just enjoying them. They make some excellent points. The latest Jumanji film. Expected a cash grab and instead left thoroughly entertained and awaiting a sequel. Expected crap and was laughing my ass off the whole first half. It fell apart a bit in the second half but still very entertaining.

That movie was so much better than it had any right to be. Official 109 Years Of Nyo 1911 2020 Omega PSI PHI Shirt remember when they announced it, and when they said Ryan Reynolds as Pikachu. I thought trainwreck impending until I saw that trailer. It is now basically one of the best video game movies, by leaps and bounds. The plot was a bit iffy for me but Ryan Reynolds as Pikachu and the rest of the CGI pokemon were great. At the end, when Miguel sings to grandma Coco, I lose it. Full-on heavy ugly cry. The way they create the gravity of that moment, then execute perfectly, is one of my favorite movie moments of all time. The first time I saw it was on an airplane and the whole thing was in Spanish with subtitles, which made sense at the time.
