The way some people talk about him now makes me think they aren’t remembering his presidency clearly, or maybe we’re very young at the time. Trump has set a new low bar, but George W. Bush was his own low bar at the time. He was widely considered unintelligent, inarticulate, and completely unprepared for the job. He’s done a good job of making over his image post-presidency, but that doesn’t change history. Republicans after Obama got elected. He and Cheney nearly destroyed the country during The Recession. Bush v Gore in 2000 was the turning point for me- haven’t missed an opportunity to vote since.

I voted in that election for the Nice That’s What I Do I Read And I Know Things Shirts first time ever—it was a few months after my 18th birthday. Sitting an election out is something I would never consider, but my family has always been very politically engaged, so that’s not really any credit to me. I’m so excited about all the people just now becoming involved. Every voice should be heard, even the people I disagree with. I missed 2004 by a month (December birthday). Never missed an election, mid-terms included, since then. Voted blue in all of them.

Really disappointed with the color. I ordered the wine color in a large. When I received it it’s more of just a red rather than maroon.

Fits my fiancé perfectly. She is 5’8 and 135 lbs. wears a medium and after washing it fits perfectly. A little baggy but that’s the style going into fall anyway. Super happy with these. Time will tell how the screen printing holds up after a few washes but I’m hopeful!
