What is it in some people’s psyche that makes them assume they’re the only ones who work or work hard? I don’t think it’s just racism or anitliberalism. But an automatic assumption that everyone else is lazy. Because the alternative idea is. That everyone works hard and some are better off than others. Everyone I know like that has been a loud-mouthed, lazy piece of shit who spends most of their time at work complaining about everyone else. Its some kind of defense mechanism, like they try to deflect criticism of their Nice I Wish Hillary Had Married Shirt. And towards others preemptively. I work with a few people who can spend hours every day telling everyone how busy they are. Hard-working people dont run their mouth or buy bumper stickers that say they work hard. They’re too busy working to care much what others think. I work a real 40 hr a week salaried job and I am constantly home on weekdays, mornings, afternoons, etc.
