I have had staff members that you could catch in a puddle of red paint with the receipt glued to their forehead that would try to blame everyone else and say what about what everyone else has done. The janitor fails to realize that many of the “other people doing wrong” may very well have been of which he would know nothing about. I’m not saying who is right or wrong, not enough info, just looks like two childish people who can’t get along.
