My little 8th-grade heart was so heartbroken Mary Poppins 100 Days Of School Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Shirt couldn’t bring myself to read the remainder of the series. But god damn I wish they did that. There are so many bad movies filled with wasted potential. The prequels as well. The fall of the republic is the basis of a great story. Lot’s of potential for GoT style intrigue. Dude made an exhaustive pitch for his version of the story and holy crap I’d kill so many people to see it done that way. And it kind of didn’t go well with audiences or critics when it came out. I’m aware that it has more of a cult following now. I do like it, but I always thought it could’ve been amazing.
