Cincinnati has an LGBT I’m A Proud Husband Of A Wonderful Sweet And Awesome Man And Yes He Gave Me This Shirt. At the risk of getting downvoted, I haven’t had a great experience here as a lesbian. My wife and I moved here a year ago from a very small town in a conservative area. And we actually feel less comfortable here. We’ve gotten glared at quite a few times while holding hands. Also, a lot of people have mistaken us for sisters, which is always a bit uncomfortable! Granted, we live in Hyde Park, which can be…kind of aggressively hetero. Northside is awesome and vibrant and much more queer-friendly. I wish we’d moved there. Pride was really fun this year.
