I would temper this with a note on staffing. NA & RU both have a full time ‘WoWS specific’ CM team. I believe the EU CM team is spread over WoT, WoWP, and WoWS. So in terms of workload, I can understand being spread too thin. I personally do find this pretty ignorant in itself though. Frankly, NA at least has been nothing short of excellent in looking after ‘the little guy’ (community). Ector was always dismissive and defensive on the forums and on here as well.
