I would temper this with a note on staffing. NA & RU both have a full time ‘WoWS specific’ CM team. I believe the EU CM team is spread over WoT, WoWP, and WoWS. So in terms of workload, I can understand being spread too thin. I personally do find this pretty ignorant in itself though.
