It is rue21 and if you searched for rue21 purple homecoming dress, you find a not great picture of that dress leading to their website. But it’s no longer available on the site. This Poshmark listing also described it as a homecoming dress. But it is sold out as well. As of right now, I cannot find another listing. I went over to their website trying to figure out which dress that was. No dice, but they are having some sales.
