Man, I can’t believe people haven’t heard of an I’m A Grumpy Old Us Vietnam Veteran My Level Of Sarcasm Depends On Your Level Of Stupidity Shirt… The later movies are smaller but those were pretty big in their day. My dinner with Andre and Gorillas in the Mist is the only two films I’ve heard of on this list. And I thought for sure I would recognize a few once it hit the late 90s. Haven’t seen most of these, so unless I’m super ignorant I’d say this is a pretty good list, always happy to see To Live and Die in L.A. getting praise though, it is such a great movie and it kinda frustrates me that it is not more famous.

Yeah, this is one of my I’m A Grumpy Old Us Vietnam Veteran My Level Of Sarcasm Depends On Your Level Of Stupidity Shirt. Dian Fossey wasn’t fucking around. It’s not in the film. But she once kidnapped the child of a poacher until he returned a baby gorilla. Ethel and Ernest are ridiculously heartwarming. It’s by Raymond Briggs, the guy that wrote the snowman. And its a biography of his parents in the war essentially. Great film. Was on at Xmas last year in the UK. Breaker Morant was a pretty powerful War movie. And was at least a bit influential on many war trial movies that came after it.
