Historical Tolerant behavior doesn’t excuse the Funny Wicked Musical Halloween Shirt. And I have to say I would feel much less safe in a polish LGBTQ Free Zone than in a city/town that hasn’t enacted such a thing. While I am not from Poland so most of my information on violence is from media, I have actually heard Homophob sentiment at almost hate speech level by polish people in person though. So I have to say it would strike me as tremendously unlikely if all of those were isolated cases and/or the most hardcore believes out there. If not there must be people out there who don’t just use hate speech.

The Establishment of these Funny Wicked Musical Halloween Shirt. I would rate as an attack on LGBTQ People. Because it’s a sham, they say it’s about Ideology and Schooling and so on. But it is a government decided initiative, so there is no danger of any ideology reaching schools anyway(because that’s controlled by the government). Establishing these zones is a hard sign of “WE DON’T WANT LGBTQ PEOPLE HERE” That is the only purpose of that. The rest is just cover. I would just wait a few months and depending on how honest crime statistics in Poland are created you will see a rise in crimes against them.
