I went to see this in the IMAX when it came out. In the first second of the first scene, the whole theater gave out a collective “Woah…” I knew I was in for a ride then. Seeing that movie on the massive, six-story screen remains the single best theater experience I’ve had. It’s the only part of the movie people remember other than “guy flies with a cute kid with a balloon house”.
