You can change docs if you want, but you always need to have someone you can call when things get tough. It used to be people had relatives and friends for that sort of thing, but now, a lot of the time, people just need someone to bounce ideas of off, and someone (other than family) to check up once a week with to make sure everyone is doing okay. Even if you don’t need therapy, knowing that someone out there is assigned to listen to you would be great. Plus, they can direct people to resources when they need them.
