If I remember correctly, an abandoned plot line for Force Awakens involved visiting the Official Probleemkind Rumag Shirt of the Death Star looking for some kind of McGuffin. So it looks like that is back on the table now. I bet it’s the second death star. Palpatine dying there probably made it some kind of Dark Side Force Nexus. I’m putting my money on Kylo taking the Skywalker name and turning away from the dark side and we finally get full-on Rey Kylo team-up against the Knights of Ren and the First Order. Plus bringing the emperor back into things corroborates the idea of there always being a deeper, greater evil hiding behind the scenes which were central to the other movies.

She could get the nickname/title by doing things like Official Probleemkind Rumag Shirt does with the TIE fighter here. By the way, I get the impression that fighter is piloted by a Knight of Ren. It looks to be a little bit more basic and generic than Kylo’s Silencer, suggesting it’s for someone of a lower rank. I do admit when I first heard it I was skeptical but already it has grown on me. Also, it would be pretty difficult picking a title that perfectly fits I reckon. One that is appropriate, intriguing, and appeals to most. True but using Skywalker in the title is still odd. It’s so person-specific. A more generalized, ambiguous title sounds more powerful.

The theater is going to go nuts for 3 minutes, 2 minutes of silence and 1 minute of clapping and talking over the Official Probleemkind Rumag Shirt piece of poop trailer that plays. This could be part of Kylo’s redemption arc, and he eventually decides to take on the Skywalker name to honor his grandfather’s true self. I have no clue what has or hasn’t been rumored this far, so I’m game. It could add credence to choosing Skywalker over Solo along with the whole killing Han thing. I’m in. We also know Disney has no issue with photoshopped trailers so it’s entirely possible that the lightsaber we see is a replacement of Rey’s built one.
