Why not bring this up with your parents? I know everyone’s situation is different but at the end of the day if you aren’t getting enough food/good foods and your sister is you need to tell your parents. Unless ya know there’s repercussion or asking for fairness get that. As someone who had a parent who would get mad for me saying sorry 1 too many times I fully get that.
