I have Funny Christmas Is Better With Son Shirt worked in educational leadership for almost 7 years and I will loudly say that the ratio of good to bad people in the world carries over to principals and vice-principals as well. I have known and worked with some great ones, but there are terrible people running schools only because they convinced the right people they were good at what they do (even if they are not). If you think this is an isolated incident, you are sadly mistaken. Though she is not wrong in her decision to take action for an employee not completing his full shift. The problem is, she already wanted to fire him and he gave her a legitimate excuse to do so. You bet your ass he never showed up early to help out again (whether he got fired or not).
Funny Christmas Is Better With Son Shirt, Tank Top, V-neck, Sweatshirt, And Hoodie
‘Hey, Funny Christmas Is Better With Son Shirts can you let the fire people in this morning’ *checks time – earlier than his shift ‘Nah fam you got it, my shift hasn’t started yet’ ‘But I don’t have access to the-‘ ‘Yea I know, see you at 8 am’ ‘But that’s in an hour-‘ ‘Yep, see ya then I mean I can see the grievance with him having left before 3 o’clock unless they’re really strict on working a set amount of time. But there is a right and a wrong way to talk to somebody about this. A simple “Hey Jonathan, I know you came in a little early today, but we really need you to stay till 3 o’clock OK? We don’t mind you staying a few extra minutes.” Goes a lot farther than this patronizing language.
