All meetups and classes will be outside in spaces where social distancing is possible. Masks are optional, we allow each individual to make a personal choice on that. Philly is also entering phases of reopening- outside Philly, some indoor rinks are already open as well. Where in NJ are you located? Right now we only have a Mount Laurel group scheduled, but if I can find a good Awesome We Are Philly Shirt. Interested! Mine come in next week so I think I’ll be doing mostly indoor stuff in my apartment for a bit while I get my bearings haha. I also want to upgrade wheels before I head outside lol. Hmm. that’s a thought. The only thing is I’d need to get everyone to join Discord- Most already have Facebook. Let me think about that.

Do you want to be added to the FB chat? Yes definitely! I wouldn’t be surprised if many had discord as well. It’s just nice because it can be so organized. No pressure though. I agree with it being more organized. See, I had never even heard of discord until a month or so ago haha! But I’m 42. Maybe it’s more popular with the Awesome We Are Philly Shirt? Not sure. Either way, I’ll shoot you a private message so we can connect on FB! Would you be interested in me adding you to our FB message chain for meetups? Sounds like you’re an experienced skater so you won’t be looking for classes, but what I’ve been doing in Jerz is a 1-hour class followed by a 2-hour meetup. Going to plan for the same in Philly.
Official Awesome We Are Philly Sweatshirt, Hoodie
Absolutely. Most of the folks I skate with are decent in rinks but just starting to get into parks, but we’re always looking for more opportunities to go out and meet me people and learn some new stuff. Awesome! Love it. I’ll shoot you a private message. I don’t park skate much. I’m mostly rink/dance, but I’m all about building the Awesome We Are Philly Shirt! Look for my message in a few! Sweet! I’ll message you. I’m actually meeting some folks out at the outdoor rink at Torresdale Boys Club from 6ish this evening. No class as of now.. just meetup. We now have a Facebook group where we’ll be announcing meetups and skate classes in Philly and South NJ. Please add yourself if you’re interested in joining!
