This is the definition of trivial. The only way you find this kind of shit is by constantly googling your name. This had to be on like page 32. Now it’s received the hug of death and it’s going to blow up on social media. And inevitably be turned into a Support Your Local Street Cats Parody Racoon Skunk Opossum Shirt. As long as Trump drops the lawsuit realizing how embarrassing this would be. Or someone steps up and pays her litigation fees and attorney costs. This used to be an old hat for Trump to take down small organizations and individuals with legal fees. Amazing if he’s still trying to do it as POTUS. Oh, if Trump is actually stupid enough to try to go forward with this. I don’t see her paying a penny of her own money defending herself.

She could raise all the money she’d need in less than a full day on GoFundMe. I’d toss her some money just for the Support Your Local Street Cats Parody Racoon Skunk Opossum Shirt. There’s a long list of top-flight lawyers who pledged they defend anyone. That Trump goes after for using their First Amendment rights. I could see lawyers actually fighting over the right to take this case. Being the one to defend a 17-year-old from a lawsuit filed by the POTUS. Over a literal cat site is probably the greatest form of advertising any lawyer could dream of. This actually seems like a pretty open and shut case of fair use. Sure, Trump has a trademark on his name, but that doesn’t mean that others can’t use it for parody, commentary, or criticism. Additionally, he is the President and a public figure. And the parody on her site is pretty clearly a parody of Trump the man and not Trump the company. So I’d be surprised if a lawsuit even made it to court. So, it seems like the Support Your Local Street Cats Parody Racoon Skunk Opossum Shirt. To add to what you said, cases like this are why we have the First Amendment. Any court worth their salt would instantly recognize that criticizing a sitting President is well within the rights of Americans. On the other hand, maybe if he does really try to sue, her lawyers could get a whole trove of information, including tax returns.
